Baghdad, 10 dead RAMADI, Oct 6, SPA -- A suicide car bomber struck Wednesday at an Iraqi military camp northwest of Baghdad, killing 10 Iraqis and wounding more than 20, Iraqi officials said. The attack occurred at an Iraqi National Guard encampmentnear Anah, 260 kilometers (160 miles) northwest of Baghdadon the main highway to Syria, policeman Khalid Abdul Karimal-Ani said by telephone from Anah. He said 10 people were killed but it was unclear if heincluded the bomber in the count. Al-Jazeera televisionsaid the bomber struck in front of a National Guardgarrison where people were lined up to volunteer for theforce. Dr. Waleed Jawad Qamar of the Anah health clinic alsoreported 10 dead but said 22 others were seriously injured.An undetermined number of others were treated and released.
