Baquoba, Iraq, Dec 25, SPA -- A roadside bomb exploded Saturdaynear the car of the governor of eastern Diyala provincewounding four of his guards, officials said. Governor Abdullah Rashid al-Jbouri was unharmed in by theblast in the town of Khan Bani Saad, halfway betweenBaqouba and Baghdad, said Dr. Abdullah Mohammed of theBaqouba General Hospital. His four guards were receivingtreatment at the hospital.
