Israel Army Radio said the plan would be presented toPrime Minister Ariel Sharon and his inner Cabinet laterThursday for final approval. Defense Minister Shaul Mofaz decided on a major militaryoperation after consultations with army commanders and theShin Bet security service, the radio reported.
