Baghdad, Oct 4, SPA -- Two persons believed to be insurgents were killed when a car bomb inside their vehicle explodedin northern Iraq Monday, the U.S. military said. One civilian bystander near the scene was also killed whenthe bomb blast occurred at 11:30 a.m. (0830 GMT) in thecity of Mosul, 360 kilometers (225 miles) northwest ofBaghdad, said spokeswoman Capt. Angela Bowman. "Right now we know of no apparent target of theexplosion," she said. It was not known if the bombexploded accidentally.
