KIRKUK, Iraq, Jumada II 20, 1432, May 23, 2011, SPA - Iraqi police say a car bomb has exploded in a northern city, killing two bystanders and wounding 10 people. Police Col. Ghazi Mohammed Rashid says the car exploded Monday morning in southern Kirkuk as a security patrol was driving by, according to a report of the Associated Press. The blast killed two people who happened to be near the car when it exploded. Ten people were wounded, including five policemen. Police Capt.
