Washington, Safar 26, 1436, Dec 18, 2014, SPA -- Roberta Jacobson, the senior US diplomat responsible for Western hemisphere affairs, will travel to Havana in January to start tackling the nuts and bolts of restoring diplomatic relations with Cuba, dpa reported. Regular talks had already been scheduled in Havana for routine US-Cuba migration issues, and they will be expanded to include the process of restoring diplomatic relations, Jacobson said Thursday.
