Vienna, Ramadan 15, 1435, Jul 12, 2014, SPA -- Iran and six world powers have managed to draft some two-thirds of a deal to end the stand-off over Tehran's contentious nuclear programme, but the devil is in the remaining parts of the agreement, dpa cited Iranian and Western envoys as saying on Saturday. News of progress on the deal came ahead of the Sunday arrival of US Secretary of State John Kerry to Vienna to push forward the talks, along with foreign ministers and senior diplomats from Britain, China, France, Russia and Germany. "Nearly 60 to 70 per cent of the drafted agreement is ready, but the unfinished 30 per cent contains the key issues," Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi told Iranian media in Vienna. A Western diplomat confirmed that this ratio was correct. -- SPA 19:49 LOCAL TIME 16:49 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/1252965
