Cairo, Rabi'I 18, 1434, Jan 30, 2013, SPA - Egypt's opposition leader has called for a broad national dialogue with the government, all political factions and the military after the latest eruption of political violence. Nobel Peace Prize winner Mohamed Al-Baradei made the appeal on Wednesday, according to a report of the Associated President. President Mohammed Morsi, who was making a brief visit to Germany on Wednesday has declared a state of emergency and night curfew in three restive provinces along the Suez Canal.
