GENEVA, Sha'ban 17, 1433, Jul 7, 2012, SPA - The United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC ) appointed on Friday three independent experts to conduct a fact-finding mission on the effect of Israeli settlements on Palestinians in the West Bank.
