Kuwait, Muharram 19, 1434, Dec 3, 2012, SPA - Sheikh Sabah Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, Kuwait's Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister has received a message from Djibouti's Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Mahmoud Ali Yusuf, dealing with the bilateral relations between the two countries and issues of common concern.
