Beirut, Ramadan 10, 1433, Jul 29, 2012, SPA - Opposing Syrian National Council called on the United Nations Security Council to convene an urgent meeting to prevent massacres of civilians to be planned by the Syrian regime in the cities of Aleppo, Damascus and Homs.
