Jeddah, Rajab 26, 1434, Jun 5, 2013, SPA -- The Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), Professor Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu has reiterated the Organization's firm position in support of the unity and stability of the Kingdom of Bahrain and against undermining its security and integrity. He also renewed the Organization's rejection of any interference in Bahrain’s internal affairs, in conformity with the Charter of the OIC which affirms the principle of non-interference in the internal affairs of member states. The Secretary General welcomes in a statement issued today the Kingdom of Bahrain’s efforts in tackling terrorist elements targeting the country’s security and stability.
