Islamabad, Sha'ban 23, 1434, Jul 2, 2013, SPA - Pakistan's Foreign Office on Monday defended Pakistan’s role in Afghanistan and said it always tried to make a positive contribution. “Pakistan wants to see a peaceful, united, prosperous and stable Afghanistan. To that end Pakistan has been making constructive contributions,” Foreign Office spokesman Aizaz Chaudhry told Dawn newspaper.
