TRIPOLI, Libya, Sha'ban 17, 1433, Jul 7, 2012, SPA - Libyans have started voting in the first parliamentary election since the ouster of Moammar Gaddafi. Saturday's vote for a 200-seat legislature began this morning as lines began to form outside polling centers more than an hour before they were scheduled to open in the capital Tripoli.
