Amman, Muharram 3, 1433, Nov 28, 2011, SPA - Jordan's King Abdullah II left Amman for Germany today for a two-day working visit to discuss with officials in Berlin, the bilateral relations between the two countries and the current challenges facing the Middle East. An official statement issued in Amman this morning said that the King's talks with German Chancellor Angela Merkel and senior German officials would focus on the latest developments in the Arab arena and efforts to achieve peace between Israelis and Palestinians on the basis of a two-state solution in addition to ways of enhancing Jordanian-German cooperation in various fields, especially in the economic spheres. --SPA 13:07 LOCAL TIME 10:07 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/947445
