Germany's Westerwelle Pledges Support for Libya

"We are standing on the side of the new Libya," he told reporters in the Libyan capital - Tripoli, on the second day of a tour of North Africa that has already taken him to Algeria and which concludes Monday in Tunisia. Westerwelle said the main aspect of cooperation with post-Gaddafi Libya would be economic.
