Berlin, Jumada II 25, 1433, May 16, 2012, SPA - Afghanistan's President Hamid Karzai arrived in Berlin Wednesday to hold talks with German Chancellor Angela Merkel. DPA quoted German Government sources as saying that Berlin would be pledging about $190 million in annual aid to the Afghan security forces. The deal is aimed at helping Kabul expand its army and police.
