Manila, Jumada I 2, 1433, Mar 25, 2012, SPA - Philippine President Benigno Aquino III and the Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, who is currently visiting the Philippines, held here today a round of official talks. During the talks, the two sides reviewed means of strengthening the special relationship between the two countries and the developing cooperation in various fields to serve their common interests.
