Riyadh, January 08, 2023, SPA -- The Arab Red Crescent and Red Cross Organization (ARCO) signed today a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the National Center of Meteorology. ARCO Secretary General Dr. Saleh bin Hamad Al-Tuwaijri and CEO of the National Center of Meteorology Dr. Ayman Ghulam represented the two sides.
