Riyadh, December 12, 2022, SPA -- Saudi Justice Minister Walid al-Samaani has dedicated the Riyadh Commercial Court as a model court with the unified standard identity and new operational framework. “The Model Court initiative aims to upgrade the work environment, employs a new operational framework, and implements a modern standard identity for courthouses in the Kingdom,” said the Saudi Ministry of Justice (MoJ). The initiative reflects the ministry’s ongoing development in line with Saudi Vision 2030. The model court includes reception areas for clients, an independent conciliation office, standardized courtrooms, training halls for court staff, and hospitality areas for clients, among other features. Through the initiative, the MoJ works to create multiple service channels that satisfy client needs, improve communication, and expedite procedures.
