Aden, December 22, 2022, SPA – King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) in Aden has inaugurated the new National Malaria Control Program building after being refurnished and supplied with the necessary medical and pharmaceutical equipment, as part of a project to combat malaria in Yemen implemented through the World Health Organization (WHO). Yemeni Minister of Health and Population Dr. Qassem Mohammed Buhaibeh toured the various departments and sections of the program and was briefed on specializations, and sections that include laboratories, including the insect laboratory and the parasitic laboratory, in addition to the diagnosis, treatment, vector control, departments of information, statistics, drug supply, and auxiliary departments.
