Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt, November 11, 2022, SPA -- Saudi Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources Bandar bin Ibrahim Al-Khorayef met with Egyptian Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Eng. Tariq Al-Mulla, on the sidelines of the Saudi Green Initiative forum being held in conjunction with the Global Climate Summit in Sharm El-Sheikh in the Republic of Egypt, in the presence of Saudi Deputy Minister for Mining Affairs Eng. Khalid bin Saleh Al-Mudaifer. During the meeting, they discussed enhancing means of cooperation between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Arab Republic of Egypt in the mining industry sectors and expanding the horizons of joint cooperation between the two countries. They also reviewed the national strategy for industry recently launched by His Highness the Crown Prince and agreed to form work teams between the two sides to review the details of the strategy in an extensive manner that serves the common interests between the two countries and enhances aspects of mutual experiences in the industrial and mining sectors.
