Jeddah, Oct 22, 2022, SPA -- Secretary General of the International Islamic Fiqh Academy (IIFA), Dr. Koutoub Moustapha Sano and the President of Ibn Khaldun University in Istanbul, Dr. Ataullah Arkan, signed yesterday at the university's headquarters in Istanbul, Republic of Turkey, a cooperation agreement between the two institutions.
