Kuwait, October 22, 2022, SPA -- The State of Kuwait has expressed its strong condemnation and denunciation of the terrorist attack in which the Houthi militia targeted the Dabba oil terminal, in Hadramout, Yemen. The Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs said, in a statement today, that this terrorist attack is a flagrant violation of international norms and laws and a violation of Security Council Resolution No. 2216.
