Riyadh, August 12, 2022, SPA -- Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arena. Al-Riyadh newspaper reported in its editorial that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has realized early the importance of investing in national human cadres, educating and developing their skills to participate in the process of construction and development These steps were actually achieved throughout its glorious history up to the prosperous era being led by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the paper said. This prosperous era witnesses focusing on developing public and university education and directing universities to ensure the quality of outputs, working to achieve advanced classification centers and developing the research and innovation system, the paper added. Al-Riyadh further added that through specialized scholarship programs, Saudi male and female students were sent to study in the most prestigious international universities to enable and prepare them for the rapid changes and keep pace with the requirements of the future. On the other hand, Al-Bilad newspaper reported in its editorial that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is witnessing a strong movement to crystallize visions about the prospects and challenges of the future economy. In this active movement, the Kingdom is keen to enhance the global presence of minds, expertise and investment circles, as the work of 10th session of Riyadh Economic Forum will begin next November, with a strong agenda and ambitious studies on its table, including linking the Kingdom’s regions with railways and their impact on the prosperity of tourism and logistics services, the paper said.
