Mina, Jul 10, 2022, SPA -- The Minister of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance and Chairman of the Supreme Committee for the Ministry’s Works on Hajj, Umrah and Visit Sheikh Dr. Abdullatif bin Abdulaziz Al Al-Sheikh affirmed that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's leadership has made great achievements through the services provided to pilgrims all over the holy sits since the pilgrim enters the airports to get his/her visa until the completion of Hajj as he/she enjoys all the ways of comfort, health and security, citing the Kingdom's great ability to accommodate pilgrims and create the appropriate conditions to make pilgrims performing the rituals at best. This came in press statements following a meeting with the Grand Mufti of the Arab Republic of Egypt, Dr. Shawki Allam held this evening at the Ministry's headquarters in the holy site of Mina. He also confirmed the technological development witnessed by all the holy sites of Hajj this year to keep pace with all the reasons that had to provide the best service for those coming to these holy lands, stressing that modern technology is now in a rapid and tangible development in light of the great renaissance that the Kingdom is going through to reach the best places that the Kingdom should reach. Al Al-Sheikh stressed that the Ministry of Islamic Affairs is spreading moderation and tolerance amid a consensus in visions with the sisterly Arab Republic of Egypt, in accordance with the Holy Quran and the Prophetic Sunnah, which represents the appreciation that the Kingdom’s scholars have for the scholars of Egypt, and the respect that Egyptian scholars have for the scholars of the Kingdom. He highly commended the cooperation between the Saudi Ministry of Islamic Affairs and Dar Al-Ifta, Al-Azhar Al-Sharif and the Ministry of Awqaf in Egypt, as they are working in accordance with what was mentioned in the holy Quran and the Prophet’s Sunnah, spreading religion with wisdom and justice, and not exploiting religion for worldly interests. --SPA 22:26 LOCAL TIME 19:26 GMT 0029 www.spa.gov.sa/w1759898
