Dammam, December 29, 2021, SPA -- The Spokesperson of the General Directorate of Narcotics Control (GDNC) Major Ahmad Al-Najidi said that security follow ups on networks of drug smuggling and promotion that target the security of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its youth, have led to thwarting an attempt to smuggle and promote 1,070,000 Amphetamine pills, which were smuggled into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by hiding them in coffee packages. The attempt was thwarted in coordination with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority.
