Jeddah, February 02, 2022, SPA -- The General Secretariat of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) held, virtually, a new round of political consultations with the People's Republic of China on January 27, 2022. During these consultations, the two sides tackled the relations between the Islamic world and China as well the existing cooperation between the OIC and China.
