Makkah, April 5, 2022, SPA -- The General Presidency for the Affairs of the Grand Holy Mosque and the Prophet's Holy Mosque, represented by the Holy Kaaba Cloth (Kiswah) Maintenance Administration, yesterday implemented works related to tightening the belt and maintenance of the Holy Kaaba cloth (Kiswah), in addition to fixing its sides. Director of the Holy Kaaba Cloth Maintenance Administration at the Grand Holy Mosque Fahd Al-Jabiri said that the maintenance works included tightening the Holy Kaaba's belt to preserve its features and fixing the sides, noting that the administration, throughout the year, carries out several tasks round clock, such as maintenance of the Holy Kaaba's cloth, and tightening the cloth from the four corners. --SPA 13:30 LOCAL TIME 10:30 GMT 0008 www.spa.gov.sa/w1717203
