Riyadh, Oct. 03, 2021, SPA -- The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and the European Union (EU) stressed the importance of supporting international efforts to end the war in Yemen through the political track in accordance with the three references, namely the GCC Initiative and its executive mechanism, the outcomes of the Yemeni National Dialogue and Security Council Resolution No. 2216. This came during a meeting held here today between the Secretary General of the GCC Dr. Nayef Falah Mubarak Al-Hajraf and EU Representative for Foreign, Political and Security Affairs and Vice-President of the European Union Commission Josep Borrell.
