Geneva, May 21, 2021, SPA -- Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, Director-General of the World Health Organization (WHO), has commended the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s pioneering humanitarian role especially its generous support to the brotherly Yemenis. Ghebreyesus’ remarks came during a meeting with Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Wasel, Saudi Arabia’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations in Geneva during which a number of issues of mutual concern have been discussed, including the humanitarian and relief operations in Yemen.
