Kuala Lumpur, July 30, 2021, SPA -- In implementation of the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the third aircraft within the Saudi airlift sent by King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) arrived in Kuala Lumpur today to contribute to combating the Coronavirus (COVID-19). This came upon what was submitted by His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, following the request from Malaysian Minister for Foreign Affairs Hishammuddin Hussein during his call with HRH Crown Prince. The aircraft was laden with medical, care and treatment equipment, protective supplies and other medical needs. With regard to one million doses of the anti-Coronavirus vaccine, it will be provided through coordination with the office of the Malaysian Minister for Foreign Affairs to expedite contracting with one of accredited international companies to supply the required quantities of vaccines directly from its factories to Malaysia. This initiative comes to confirm deep, strong and fraternal relations between the two countries, especially in such difficult epidemiological conditions in the whole world. --SPA 17:33 LOCAL TIME 14:33 GMT 0020 www.spa.gov.sa/w1594544
