Medina, July 6, 2021, SPA – The General Directorate for the Affairs of the Prophet’s Mosque has continued its development works at the Prophet’s Mosque with maintaining the beautiful and architectural shape. Among works is replacing the separation fabric, which separates the old mosque area from pebbles area, with new gilded copper cabinets to add a touch of beauty and preserve the visual identity of the mosque. The Holy Quran Affairs Department at the Directorate is tasked with the cleaning and maintaining the cabinets on a daily basis, where it provided 1,504 Holy Qurans for the new cabinets, 192 copies in Urdu language and 96 comprehensive Qurans, in addition to 30 books for easy interpretations.
