Cairo, Jan. 11, 2021, SPA -- Speaker of the Arab Parliament Adel bin Abdulrahman Al-Asoumi welcomed the US administration’s decision designating the Iran-backed Houthi militia as a terrorist organization and putting its leadership on the list of terrorism. Al-Asoumi said that the decision is set to put an end to the terrorist acts carried out by Houthi militia, citing their humanitarian violations and war crimes against innocent civilians in Yemen, as well as their continuous targeting of neighboring countries with ballistic missiles and drones.
