Riyadh, March 05, 2021, SPA -- The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s delegation to review the trade policies, headed by Governor of the General Authority of Foreign Trade Abdulrahman bin Ahmed Al-Harbi, concluded today the 3rd review of trade policies of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia meetings at the World Trade Organization (WTO), held virtually and organized by the WTO from its headquarters in Geneva for three days. The Governor extended his thanks and appreciation to the WTO member states, the chairperson of the session, the interlocutor and the WTO's secretariat for praising the 3rd review of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, its continuous support for the multilateral trading system and its commitment, since its accession, to the WTO agreements. They also stressed the pioneering role of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia during its presidency of G20 under the exceptional circumstances. For his part, the chairperson of the review sessions at the WTO praised, in his closing statement, the unprecedented success achieved by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the reforms it made in the field of trade and investment policies during the review period.
