Riyadh, February 4, 2021, SPA -- The Ministry of Justice has enabled the viewing of all commercial courts upheld by appellate courts and issued by the Supreme Court while maintaining the privacy of cases parties. The rulings are made available through the ministry’s online portal. In a statement to Saudi Press Agency (SPA), Said Bashar Al-Mufadda, General Head of Research Center at the ministry, said that “the publishing of those rulings is part of our plan to highlight the practical applications of resolving commercial disputes.
