Riyadh, Jan. 21, 2021, SPA -- GCC Secretary General Dr. Nayef Falah Mubarak Al-Hajraf signed with the Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Mohammed Hanif Atmar at the headquarters of GCC secretariat general in Riyadh today a memorandum of understanding between the GCC and Afghanistan foreign ministry on consultations on a variety of fields between the two countries, particularly the political field, economic cooperation and people-to-people contacts.
