Riyadh, December 9, 2020, SPA -- The Chairman of the Saudi-Iraqi Business Council at the Council of Saudi Chambers (CSC) Eng. Mohammed Al-Khorayef pointed out that Saudi-Iraqi Business Council has participated in the Saudi-Iraqi Business Forum with a number of working papers, including the proposal to establish a commercial exchange area at Jdeideh-Arar port and a working paper focusing on investments between opportunities and challenges, in addition to the Saudi initiative to register 100 Saudi companies in Iraq. He emphasized during his participation in the Forum recently held in Baghdad the keenness of business owners to enhance trade relations and invest in the comparative advantage of the two countries. He also emphasized the potentials of the Saudi economy, such as the hydrocarbon industries, mining, energy, pharmaceutical and food industries, building and construction materials industries, and health care.
