Manama, September 28, 2020, SPA -- The Kingdom of Bahrain lauded the efficiency and vigilance of the Presidency of State Security of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which took down a terrorist cell that had received training from Iran's Revolutionary Guards, managing to seize their weapons and explosives. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain affirmed Bahrain's stand with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia against all who try to undermine its security and stability, stressing its absolute solidarity with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in every measure it takes to defend its interests and preserve the safety of its citizens and expatriates. The Ministry strongly condemned the role of Iran in training and arming these terrorist elements and its sustained hostile approach aimed at destabilizing the security and stability of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and endangering the safety of its innocent people, in contradiction with the principles of good neighborliness stipulated in the United Nations Charter.
