Riyadh, June 22, 2020, SPA -- Dr. Waleed bin Mohammed Al-Samani, Minister of Justice and Chairman of the Supreme Judiciary Council, has issued a decision approving the executive regulation of the commercial court system. In line with the Kingdom Vision 2030, the executive regulation includes a number of procedures and rules for the articles of the commercial court system. It aims to raise the quality of the commercial judiciary and the speed of adjudication of disputes in order to consolidate the commercial environment in the Kingdom and raise security of the commercial rights to attract investment. The new regulation includes 281 articles.
