Riyadh, March 03,2020, SPA -- The Ministry of Health has confirmed the readiness of more than 1,400 isolation rooms in hospitals in the Kingdom, which are used for advanced cases of people with severe symptoms, as the ministry continues to intensify its efforts to prevent the transmission of infection. The hospitals of the Ministry of Health currently have 1449 negative pressure isolation rooms that conform to specifications and operate effectively distributed across all hospitals in the governorates and health regions, and work is currently underway to develop 713 air isolation rooms expected to be completed in early 2021.
