The third recommendation included the importance of examining motives related to the problem of mass migrations overseas from Africa to the Gulf states and Europe in humanitarian cases through a more comprehensive understanding of the scope of the migration problem, including different and interrelated motives, trends and weaknesses, and taking into account positive practices in countries of origin, crossing and destination, in order to better control the dynamics of large-scale migration flows, and benefit from the discussion in this forum to contribute to the achievement of the Global Compact for Safe, Orderly and Regular Migration (GCM), as well as Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) 10.7 to facilitate migration and the movement of people in an organized, safe, regular and responsible manner, through the implementation of the planned migration policies that are in good management. The fourth recommendation concerned women, children and persons with disabilities in conflict and disaster areas and the challenges of humanitarian work through increased investment and multisectoral support for young children and caregivers in crisis and displacement situations. It has an immediate and lasting impact on protecting and advancing the rights of children, establishing peaceful and stable societies in the future, and the necessity of investing in early childhood to achieve the Convention on the Rights of the Child, and the obligations related to the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, as well as achieving many sustainable development goals, and investing in the implementation and development of interventions projects for persons with disabilities to ensure the impartiality of the humanitarian response and taking into account the dignity and rights of all persons, as it enables them to build their capacities and contribute to their support, protection and reintegration into their societies in areas of conflict and disaster. --SPA 12:01 LOCAL TIME 09:01 GMT 0009 www.spa.gov.sa/w1279733
