Riyadh, October 9, 2019, SPA -- The Secretary General of the Saudi Arabian Scouts Association, Dr. Saleh bin Raja Al-Harbi stressed the importance of setting the strategic priorities of the World Organization of the Scout Movement as one of the key pillars in building the plans of the Association's commissions, the most important of which is the participation of young people, by giving them the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge to enable them to play an active role in the scout movement.
