Djibouti, November 25, 2019, SPA -- The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, represented by the Saudi Fund for Development in the Republic of Djibouti, signed yesterday three memorandums of understanding (MoUs) valued at (34.5) million riyals to finance three projects, including the construction and equipping of the Supreme Court of Djibouti, Ismail Omar Guelleh Foundation's project to support citizens' right to housing, and the Saudi well drilling and rural development program in Africa (Phase V).
