Cairo, October 30,2019, SPA -- The first meeting of the expert group on the evaluation and updating the Arab media action plan started here today at the headquarters of the General Secretariat of the Arab League. The meeting was chaired by Director of Media Operations in charge of the Arab League file at the Saudi Ministry of Media and Chairman of the experts team Turki bin Marzooq Al-Omari with the participation of a number of media experts and representatives of member states of the Arab League and representatives of media organizations, unions and bodies. Turki Al-Omari conveyed the greetings of the Minister of Media Turki bin Abdullah Al-Shabanah, Chairman of the 50th Session of the Council of Arab Information Ministers to the participants in the first meeting of the working group.
