Riyadh, Nov. 20, 2019, SPA -- Saudi Ambassador to Yemen Mohammed bin Saeed Al Jaber, who is also Supervisor of the Saudi Program for Development and Reconstruction of Yemen, met here today with the United Nations Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator, Mark Lowcock.
