Riyadh, 07 Rabi'II,1439 AH, 25 December,2017 , SPA -- The Interior Ministry's security spokesman stated that further to the statement issued on 3/4/1438 H on the outcomes of the investigation into the abduction of Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Jirani, the judge of Endowments and Inheritance Department in front of his house in Tarout town on Tuesday 14/3/1438 H. and announced on 1438/3/15 H, which revealed the identity of a number of those involved in this crime, and as an extension of the ongoing investigations conducted by the security authorities in this case, information has confirmed that those who abducted him had killed him and hidden his body in an abandoned farms area called Salhiya and the involvement of citizen Zaki Mohammed Salman Al-Faraj and his half-brother Salman bin Ali Salman Al-Faraj, wanted on the list of (23) announced on 8/2/1433 H with those elements in this heinous crime. In the light of these data and monitoring on the frequency of the wanted Salman Al-Faraj to his home in the town of Awamiyah in the province of Qatif, security authorities began their field operations on 1/4/1439 H which resulted in the following : 1 - The arrest of citizen Zaki Mohammed Salman Al-Faraj and resistance of Salman bin Ali Salman Al-Faraj to the security men when they surrounded his house and he opened fire towards them which led to the martyrdom of Sergeant Khalid Mohammed Al-Samati, so the situation required to respond similarly to neutralize his danger which resulted in his death. 2. The extensive research of the area of the abandoned farms has led to the discovery of the body and medical and laboratory tests confirmed that the corpse belongs to Sheikh Muhammad Abdullah Al-Jirani. 3 - Initial investigations revealed that those criminals after they kidnapped him took him to that area, dug a hole, put him inside it, shot him and buried his body. The security spokesman stressed that the Ministry of Interior, as it declares that, confirms that security authorities continue to confront these terrorist crimes which have shown the extent of inherent crimes in the hearts of these criminals and their wicked actions in an attempt to intimidate secured and honorable citizens who do not accept to be proxies like them for foreign agendas, affirming that the Ministry is capable to deter their crimes and stop their evils and corruption, calling on those who have information about those wanted for their involvement in this crime declared on 3/4/1438H including Muhammad Hussein Ali Al Ammar, Maitham Ali Mohamed Al-Qaddaih and Ali Bilal Saud Al-Hamad to report on the phone (990), noting that rewards for informer previously announced will be applied and effective. -- SPA 13:23 LOCAL TIME 10:23 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w573251
