Jeddah, Jumada II 25, 1439, March 13, 2018, SPA -- The Delegation of Jeddah-based Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) concluded an official visit to the Republic of Mali designed to evaluate the political situation as well as the social, economic, humanitarian and developmental challenges, following attacks by armed groups and the problems experienced by Mali since 2012. During the visit, the delegation members met with Hamadou Konate, Minister of Solidarity and Humanitarian Action, who called on OIC and its Member States to provide urgent humanitarian aid to his country in order to face the serious challenges.
