Riyadh, Safar 04, 1440, October 13, 2018, SPA -- the 13th Air Navigation Conference has started its works during the period of 9-14 October 2018. The General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has participated in the conference, which organized by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
