Cairo, Shawwal 12, 1438, Jul 6, 2017, SPA -- The 9th Session of the Arab Water Ministerial Council is kicked off here today under chairmanship of Iraq in participation of the Arab ministers of water and irrigation. Dr. Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al-Saud, Undersecretary of the Environment, Water and Agriculture Ministry for Water Affairs, led the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's delegation to the meeting.
